There is some damage to the metal and some missing stones, a few replaced. I've added a modern pink velvet ribbon to reinforce the piece, ties in back. Added a black antique ostrich plume you can pin into your hair if desired. Can be worn as a headpiece or necklace. As is. 14" long, 1 2" wide (56" with ribbon)
