AROMA & TASTE: In terms of smell, the gin starts with a mix of citrus fruits and juniper, followed by fresh herbs and floral notes with a hint of cucumber. On the tongue a triumvirate of sweet, bitter and slightly spicy, basil and cucumber play with the citrus aromas.
